A special chance to visit a working museum of print that has functioned for 200 years and continues production today. You will learn about letterpress methods, both past and present, as well as having your own chance to set type, ink up and print a poster to take home.

About Glasgow Press:

Glasgow Press is a letterpress printing studio with a collection of antique presses wood and metal type in a variety of fonts and sizes. Glasgow Press is committed to preserving and sharing our knowledge of print with others through workshops and visits.

There will be 12 attendees maximum, and the event will feature comfort breaks. During this event, attendees will participate in: whole group discussions, hands-on activites

You may be asked to wear a mask at this event. The workshop will take place on a ground level space - the toilet is also on this level although not adapted for disabled users.

How to access the event:
