About Glasgow Zine Fest
Glasgow Zine Fest is a yearly celebration of zine culture, featuring events about art, community, and heritage. It has been running since 2013, and growing every year. Visitors from all around the world are immersed in the amazing world of radical DIY culture through talks, hands-on workshops, and, of course, zines! Throughout the years, the festival has moved locations all around Glasgow, from the upstairs of a small pub to the huge halls of Tramway – we’ve even held a couple online!
The 2025 edition of our festival was our biggest and most successful, expanding through our move to a larger, more accessible venue in Tramway and Hidden Gardens. We welcomed 3,262 visitors who engaged with the ideas and practices of radical creativity and self-publishing, participating in a range of activities like composting, printmaking, clay sculpture, and zine making.
2026 will be our 13th festival and will feature a rich programme of events and the return of our zine fair!
