About Cocoon:
Alexander Smail is the editor of Cocoon, a zine of essays by writers about the albums that help them through hard times. The zine has had three issues since 2020, and has raised more than £2,000 for charities such as We Belong, Insight, and Medical Aid For Palestinians. Alexander also hosts Cocoon Radio on EHFM, which is a radio show based on the zine in which he interviews people about the albums that keep them going or lift them up.
