Disordering Dance: Zine Launch! (ONLINE)

Please note: this event will be online. If you would like to attend in person please click here.

Starting with this 24-page introductory zine, Georgia Webber joins Dr. Aby Watson in adapting her doctoral thesis into comics, adding personal colour and visual life to critical neurodivergence in dance theory. Newfoundland-based comics artist Georgia Webber will join us online for this hybrid event, featuring a comics reading, the artists in conversation, and light refreshments, with zines and posters for sale. Come together with us in a relaxed environment to celebrate neuro-affirming artistry across abilities, disciplines, and continents.

Supported by the Bruce Millar Graduate Fellowship and Research and Knowledge Exchange at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

This event will be held in person at the Glasgow Zine Library, and online via Zoom. If you would like to attend in person please book an in person ticket here.

Online audiences will be able to use the chatbox, as well as their cameras and microphones, to engage with the session.
