K Patrick in conversation with Rosie’s Disobedient Press with readings from Leo Bussi.
K will be in conversation with Rosie’s Disobedient Press, a Glasgow-based publishing project focused on queer, working class and feminist writers, who published K’s debut poetry collection Bodies Not Mine in 2022. K will be discussing their publishing journey and giving readings from across their body of work including their new poetry collection THREE BIRTHS.
We’ll open the night with readings from Leo Bussi, poet and founding editor of the brilliant Waterwings Press.

About K Patrick:
K Patrick is a writer based in Glasgow. Patrick's work has appeared in journals such as the Poetry Review, Five Dials, The White Review and Granta. In 2021, Patrick was nominated for The White Review Prize in both poetry and short story categories. Patrick's debut novel Mrs S was published in 2023. In 2023, Patrick was named an Observer Best Debut of the Year and one of the Best of Young British Novelists by Granta magazine.
About Leo Bussi:
Leo Bussi is a poet and researcher based in Glasgow. He runs Waterwings Press, a reading series and poetry press. Find out more about Waterwings Press.
About Rosie's Disobedient Press:
Rosie’s Disobedient Press is an artist-led publishing project led by Adrien Howard and Lisette May Monroe which explores the intersection of visual art and writing through queer, working class and feminist perspectives. Rosie’s approaches publishing as an expanded practice and works with artists, writers and other organisations to produce workshops, events, audio and moving image works, as well as more traditional publishing projects.
