Glasgow Zine Library’s Board of Trustees

Scott Crawford Morrison is a writer, performer and arts manager from Glasgow. Since graduating from the University of Glasgow with an MA in English Literature and Music in 2015, Scott has held a number of positions in the arts sector with organisations like The Scottish Writers Centre, Verbivoracious Press and, most recently, at Scottish Ensemble, where he is currently Development & Projects Manager.

Nyla Ahmad is Reading Communities Manager at Scottish Book Trust, leading on programming Book Week Scotland. Nyla previously co-led the BHP Comics project, Full Colour, a mentoring programme for 14 – 26-year-old comics creators from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds. She also worked for the Glasgow Women’s Library on their museum access project, Equality in Progress, and their first women of colour showcase, the Collect:if Herland. Nyla’s MPhil thesis examined South Asian and Muslim representation in comics, focusing on Ms. Marvel.

Tim Nunn is a producer and programmer, currently concentrating on dance artists who present work in galleries, public spaces and other non-theatrical ways. From 2012 to 2018 Tim programmed Tramway in Glasgow and created an internationally renowned core programme of dance and the biennial Dance International Glasgow (DIG) festival. He is a proficient fundraiser achieving income £1.1 million for his projects in the last ten years. From 2005 to 2012 Tim was the Specialist Advisor for performing arts to the Cultural Enterprise Office.

Rachael Gallacher is an art school graduate with a focus on photography. She went on to become an events manager working for a few years in Glasgow throughout the gallery and museum sector. She has worked throughout the east of Glasgow including key pilot programmes supported by the Scottish Government researching and addressing the issues of holiday hunger affecting families in the area.
