Zine Murmurations: A GZF zine launch

  • Centre for Contemporary Arts 350 Sauchiehall Street Glasgow, Scotland, G2 3JD United Kingdom (map)

Join us to launch an exciting array of zines emerging from the Glasgow Zine Library team and programme over the past year.

Commissioned as part of our Mythologies for a Future Scotland strand, Gray Crosbie will launch their new poetry zine about a trans masculine werewolf’s experience of menstruation, fertility and physical transformation. Matty Rimmer & MUCK will share a zine on anthropomorphism that has grown from their People Make Animals workshop series.

We will also be joined by two zines that are produced by members of our amazing volunteer team; Chew Gulp Spit, a submissions based writing and art zine all about the body and environment, and the brand new BROTH, a literary home for your strange writing.

There will be readings throughout the event!

There will be hot drinks and Cloudwater soda available for a wholesome time. Come alone or bring your friends. See you there :)
